Here, the experience is more technical and process-driven. You’ll learn how triple distillation differs from the traditional method and how it creates Auchentoshan’s lighter, smoother house style. You’ll get a closer look at the distillation process itself, followed by a tasting that highlights the contrast between different expressions. Clydeside Distillery
Your final stop is Clydeside Distillery, located on the River Clyde in a restored dockside pump house. This modern distillery is closely tied to Glasgow’s maritime and trading history, making it a very different experience from the rural distilleries earlier in the day.
