Booking Acceptance

Once you’ve booked your desired tour, we will send you an email to confirm your place. It is the customers’ responsibility to check the accuracy of the booking, departure times, and travel dates.

A contract is only made between you and Braw Scottish Tours once your booking has been confirmed, the payment processed and accepted. Depending on various conditions and activities scheduled for your selected tour, additional entry and accommodation fees may apply. You will be notified of these charges by your operator before the departure date of the tour. Your booking is transferable if necessary, however, this must be confirmed by Braws Scottish Tours and it is your responsibility to notify the company in the event that you wish to transfer your booking. The booking is only transferred once Braw Scottish Tours confirm so with all parties involved. 

Baggage is restricted by the size of the vehicle. Please contact your tour operator prior to the departure date if you have more than one small carry-on bag each. The tour operator reserved the right to not take baggage on the tour and is not responsible for the safety of that baggage while the tour is in operation. 

It is your responsibility, as the customer, to organize onward travel after the tour, and although the tour operator will try to ensure relevant departure times are met, it is your responsibility to notify the operator about your future plans if they are outside of the planned tour route.

Transfers from airports or other locations are available, however, depending on the time and distance you may face additional fees/charges for this service, please speak to your tour operator at least 2 days before your arrival if you would like to find out more.

Tour prices are for transport and driver/guide only. Entrance fees to any attractions whilst on tour are not included unless Braw Scottish Tours informs you otherwise. 

All attractions such as visits to castles; golf courses; distillery tours etc. optional extras, and refreshments, meals, and accommodation are at the customers’ expense. Where the tour operator has negotiated a discount for attractions or accommodation, it will be communicated to you prior to the event by our tour operator.

There is no travel insurance cover included in any of our tour options. Braw Scottish Tours strongly recommends that all customers purchase travel insurance that covers all of their travels. 

Furthermore, Braw Scottish Tours strongly recommends customers purchase comprehensive insurance to cover all medical expenses you may face, personal accidents, personal baggage, money, and public liability before you travel with us. 

Operator Changes

Braw Scottish Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any itinerary for any reason. If for any reason Braw Scottish Tours is unable to operate the tour, we will attempt to get the tour covered by one of our trusted partners. 

Braw Scottish Tours reserve the right to change the vehicle they use to operate at any time for any reason they deem fit.

Alcohol is not included in the price or sale of any of our private tours. 

Weather Conditions

Under no conditions can Braw Scottish Tours be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or deviation due to weather conditions, nor can any trip be canceled by the customers due to weather conditions. 

Smoking Policy

Braw Scottish Tours has a no smoking policy inside all company vehicles, however, if you wish to smoke at any time, please let your driver know and they will stop at your party’s convenience.


If you have a complaint with respect to Braw Scottish Tours, you must inform your tour representative at the time. Any complaint that cannot be resolved by the tour representative at the time should be submitted in writing to within 28 days of the incident. Your complaint will be investigated by Braw Scottish Tours and actions will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Any complaints made after 28 days of the incident will not be considered. 

All contract and legalities arising in respect hereof shall be subject to Scottish Law unless the Operator agrees otherwise in writing. 

If you take legal action against Braw Scottish Tours and are unsuccessful, you agree to pay all costs of Braw Scottish Tours, including but not limited to attorney/client costs. 

Privacy Policy

Braw Scottish Tours believes in protecting your privacy and will only ask you for vital information necessary to securely process your booking with us, in line with GDPR. This information will only be used to secure your booking and contact you with relevant information relating to your tour. We may also use your contact information to request feedback about your tour within 14 days of travel. We will only ask for the ’Name Passenger’ information, including but not limited to name, email address, and telephone number. 

We will not pass your personal information to any party who is not directly involved in providing the services that you have booked. Your name and email address may be given to accommodation and restaurants to make relevant reservations, you will be notified of this by the tour operator beforehand.
